Take in the breathtaking views that are enhanced by a multilevel floorplan. One of the special features Sea Walk Condo has to offer is there is no bluff top trail between you and the ocean.

Tastefully appointed contemporary interior in neutral colors, stainless steel kitchen appliances and a well equipped kitchen make this a desirable vacation property. Conveniently located within walking distance of the Sea Ranch Lodge. Close proximity to the start of the Bluff Top Trail where you can begin your journey on foot hiking north bound for 10 miles along the Bluff Top Trail while enjoying secluded beaches and tide pools along the way. Sea Walk Condo is a true respite. Quality bed linens and towels are included with the rate.
Due to the close proximity to the ocean bluffs, homeowner suggests guests age 10 and older occupy this home rental. No Hot Tub or BBQ grill. Free WIFI.

Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.

  My stay was marred by a foul odor that would come and go near the stairs at the entry level. I could never pinpoint the source nor could I find any stain or spill. It smelled like spoiled milk or worse. It was a near constant annoyance of an otherwise wonderful place. The powerful Pacific storm was amazing to watch from the living and dining room.
  
  On the final day, I finally found the odor's source. It was on the stair's carpet. I notified the agency about the location. Hopefully, it will be eliminated for the next guest.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Walk Condo. Nicely furnished, beautifully located and very quiet (except for the yappy dogs next store who got very excited whenever seeing a human). I think there should be a better checkout procedure. We had to drive a half hour out of our way to bring the keys back to the Beach Rentals office. Why not just leave in the unit and have housekeeping pick them up and return them to the office?

The Sea Walk condo is beautifully appointed with an excellent view. The car park is conveniently located near the Unit. There are a lot of interior stairs connecting the three floors. For someone physically challenged or disabled this Unit would not work.

  This condo has the most exquisite view and is a short walking distance to the Sea Ranch Lodge and its amenities. Beautifully appointed, restful, and despite being the center unit in a multi-unit building, offers privacy.
  
  Some things to note that are not in the description: this condo has four levels separated by short-medium flights of stairs. The two bathrooms are on separate levels from the bedrooms. Everything in the condo has been modernized beautifully except the bathrooms, which haven't been updated yet (but are in exceptional condition).
  
  As noted by other guests, the ocean-viewing chairs inside are gorgeous but very uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that you really can't even sit in them for long. Everything else in the condo is inviting, intuitive, and comfortable. The small kitchen is wonderfully situated, with great views.
  
  I will definitely visit this condo again in between visits to other larger homes in the area. A real gem.

  Quiet, secluded ocean front condo. Could have spent the month there. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked. High end appliances. Wi-fi was sketchy. TV had no regular channels, which was a nice getaway from the world. Would have enjoyed chairs with higher backs. All were low backed, with no head rest. Especially the deck chairs. Very low to ground and uncomfortable. Didn't use them. Otherwise, everything was beautiful.

  We have now rented this unit twice, and we can't think of a better place. Great view from the living room, nice little sunny deck to sit out on and read or watch life go by. Rental agency staffed by terrific folks in Gualala. Only issue for us, leaving from SF, is to do the long drive and have to go another 15 mins past the condo to get the key in Gualala. Would appreciate a lockbox on the property. Other than that, it's perfect. If you don't know induction ranges, be sure to read the little booklet! Overall, outstanding.

  Sea Walk Condo: Simply lovely, beautiful unobstructed view of Pacific Ocean
  We stayed 4 Nights in November for our 35 Wedding Anniversary.
  The condominium was clean, comfortable, and inviting just like the pictures on website, a marvelous kitchen, well stocked with high end pots, pans, dishes, utensils and appliances, a joy to cook in. A real bonus was being able to cook looking at the Blue Pacific Ocean. What a treat!!!!!

  Everything as pictured and described. The kitchen was well equipped, and the house even had boardgames and books to keep us entertained throughout the day. The temperature in the house was also toasty making the stay extra comfortable. My only complaint is that we had to drive into town to get the keys to the place, which wasn't bad but after a long drive from SF we were dying to get out of the car. All in all, the property was beautiful and made for a wonderful experience.

  Absolutely lovely in the Sea Walk condo. Everything made our stay exceptional- amenties, artwork, comfort, decor, and of course beautiful views and access to the beaches and trails. We have an electric vehicle and were bummed that the charger at the lodge was inoperable, but the condo carport had an outlet and that worked overnight! So, all-in-all, every need was cared for in one of the most beautiful places ever.

  This was a wonderful rental. The beautiful view, utter quiet and proximity to the Lodge (and to Two Fish Baking Company) were all appreciated. We appreciated the condo itself for its comfortable bed and soft, high quality linens and the well- appointed kitchen. It's rare to find a kitchen in a rental that we enjoy cooking in and this rental had it all: excellent gas stove, high quality pots and pans and great knives. Having cocktails nearby at the lodge at sunset was lovely as well. Within a short distance of Stump Beach at Salt Point State Park, which has beautiful trails by the ocean. Be aware that this rental is about a twenty minute drive from Gualala and the Beach Rental office where you pick up your keys.

  We were celebrating my wife's birthday at one of her favorite places, Sea Ranch. Judy had stayed there many times over the years but she had not returned for several years. This was one of our best mystery trips. The condominium was in a perfect location. The condominium was one of three in a secluded area with a magnificent view of the ocean from every room. The condominium is tastefully decorated with several fine pieces of art. The condominium has everything you need for relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Five deer came each morning for their breakfast in the front yard area and for dinner each night. You can walk to the lodge for lunch and dinner. There is also a trail right along the ocean bluff that goes for miles. We enjoyed a six mile walk on a warm sunny afternoon. I have only two minor negative comments. The power was out for two of the four days we were there. This was not anything that could have been prevented. The house is high tech in every respect and we are low tech peole. The fireplace did not work but that was probable because I didn't know how to operate it. Also the heat thermostat had no directions for operating it. There were helpful signs posted everywhere but not for the heat and the fireplace. The switch on the coffee pot was also broken. These were minor inconveniences that did not affect a beautiful weekend at the ocean.

  Sea Walk Condo is beautifully decorated and is equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable. The different levels with unusual window placements provides ocean views from everywhere.   We are 3 friends (middle aged) who wanted to experience Sea Ranch for a long weekend in the winter. This condo was the perfect place with it's lovely view and proximity to the lodge. We walked on the bluff trail and explored Mendocino/Ft Bragg. Sea Ranch itself was oddly difficult to figure out-the maps were poor and basic info for someone coming for the weekend was spare. The place is tightly controlled and you feel that but the setting is spectacular.

  We attended a wedding at Sea Ranch Lodge and this could not have been more convenient. The place was very nicely kept and appointed, very modern, and well outfitted with anything you could possibly need. I would point out that the place didn't appear to have an air conditioner, at least not for what appeared to be the master bedroom. An additional correction, this place is a 3 bedroom not a 2 bedroom, albeit a very small third bedroom. The view is stunning, though there is no direct beach access...not that there's a lot of beach in the area anyway due to all the cliffs...a bit up the way in Gualala. The area is VERY remote, which if you're looking for a getaway to unplug is great...virtually no cell signal anywhere in the area, though we did get a bit within the townhouse. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend it.

  We had a wonderful and restful retreat at Sea Walk Condo. This property is right on the bluff of crashing waves bringing peace and serenity all day and night. The property was very clean, stylish and had all up to date modern kitchen equipment. We brought our own linens as we usually do when renting properties but we arrived to find really nice bedding and bath towels do superior quality. This was our first visit to Sea Walk Condo and we will most definitely return to this property in the future.

  Just the vacation my husband and I needed to rejuvenate with our newborn infant (7 weeks, immobile and therefore not yet a "kid" to disqualify us from this condo). The condo is amazingly appointed with artwork, comfy and stylish furniture, and stunning views. We slept with the windows cracked open, listening to the ocean all night long - it made my middle-of-the-night feeding sessions so peaceful to hear the ocean and look out on a truly dark sky speckled with stars and striped by our own galaxy. At dusk we watched blue herons, quail, and deer feed, bats flit by, and a fox pouncing on a field mouse. We loved Sea Ranch and look forward to returning to another rental that is kid-friendly once our little one is able to move around on her own. One day perhaps the two of us will return to this condo and revisit our magical first trip here. So So wonderful, thank you Sea Walk Condo.

  Beautiful in every way! Spent 3 nights in this lovely unit, views are even better than pictured. Online the patio looks narrow but even from the dining room out onto patio, views are incredible and more panoramic than pictured. Gorgeous renovation, every furnishing and accessory 5-star, location right on the bluff. Kitchen appeared well stocked (though I happily did NO cooking). Enjoyed lodge for 2 dinners and 1 breakfast (right next door), TwoFish Bakery just 5 minute drive for incredible pastries, Trinks in Gualala for dessert, and short drive to Annapolis for small family run winery and great picnic venue. Hope to return some day. A king size bed in the "master" would be the only thing to make this place more perfect. The walk up or down 6 stairs from the bedrooms to the bathroom (especially in the middle of the night) was not an issue for us but could be something to consider for some. Gas fireplace really put out a lot of heat which we loved. Super clean, very nice linens, pillows, bedding, towels etc. Management company check-in easy, no issues, and they allowed us to leave keys and checkout packet in self locking unit instead of having to drive back north to Gualala then double back south on morning of departure....huge time saver of probably 20 min on the way to the airport. Lovely neighbors as well!

  We had a perfectly wonderful girls weekend at 48 Sea Walk in Sea Ranch! The location of the property was fabulous, just a minutes walk to the oceans edge! Gorgeous beaches surrounded it and the hiking was great! The condo was very well appointed and beautifully decorated! I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling up the northern California coast! A definite must is to visit Trinks in Gualala for lunch! EXCELLENT!

  This condo was fantastic! Very clean, nicely appointed, well equipped kitchen. Amazing view from several places upstairs and down. Great little patio area. So nice to just walk over to lodge for breakfast with another amazing view. Quiet location with no real trail between us and the ocean, that means no foot traffic while your sitting on the deck looking out, yet you can get on the bluff trail at the lodge just about 100 yrds way! Beach access is about 1/4 mile walk. BBQ would be nice to have. We are planning to come back next year!

  Typically I enjoy staying at a larger home with great kitchen(s) with my extended family. This time my visit was with my daughters and I, and the condo was suggested to us. Excellent experience. AMAZING views. So private and close to the water. Beautiful home, with plenty of room for up six, (we only had three, but three rooms). Kitchen was FAB too, gas stove and all the need appliances with a view to the water.

  What a wonderful condo and vacation! The condo was clean and has everything you could want/need and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, nice pots and pans, utentils and even a panini grill & waffle maker! Beautiful ocean views throught the house. Comfy beds with nice bedding as well. Blow dryers and towels in both bathrooms. Washer and dryer. Nice gas insert in the living room. This place really does have everything! The owners have really taken their time to make sure that their guests have everything they might need while staying here. The only downside to the condo is the tiny TV and bad reception in the living room. We were there during the football play-offs. However, the sound system is great! There were also a few DVD's, games and books. If you are traveling north on Hwy 1 coming into town, know that you drive past the place about 9 miles into Gualala to pick up the keys. When you leave, you once again have to drive into Gualala to drop off the keys. We loved the condo, had a great vacation and will absoultely be staying here again. Thank you!

  Sea Walk condo was beautifully refurbished. It is such an excellent place to stay with all of the views. The only problem we had was with the dishwasher not working properly and the kitchen utensils didn't match the quality of the rest of the environment. The teflon pans were very badly damaged and were worrisome to cook with. Also the softness and comfort in the living area has been compromised with the couches being leather rather than the comfy couches that were there the last time we stayed. These were minor inconveniences and didn't hamper us having a wonderful time and would not effect our decision to stay at Sea Walk in the future. Wonderful time, wonderful propertie...Thank you Beach Rentals and the owners, who ever you are.:0)
