UNIT 35 LOT 20. This ocean front home features two bedrooms and two baths with panoramic blue water ocean views from every room. The open floor plan between the kitchen, dining and living room lend a cozy atmosphere by day watching the whales go by or just sitting by the fire.
The home provides free WiFi and a Smart TV with Hulu-Live. Access the deck from the living room or bedroom to relax in the hot tub while gazing at the ocean only 100 yards away or enjoy the abundant wildlife and bounteous wildflowers in the adjacent private 30 acre meadow. This house is pet friendly for 1 dog and includes all bed and bath linens.

Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.

  This was the best view of any house we have rented in Sea Ranch. The weather wasn't great so having the view was wonderful. We saw lots of wildlife too.
  The kitchen was well equipped, the BBQ worked great and the TV was easy to use. The beds were comfortable and the spa was wonderful. The house was set up perfect for dog guests with a blanet and towel to dry off the pets. We will definitely stay again.

  We had a wonderful extended family getaway, the location was perfect. There was plenty of room for two families to stay in the house. We loved being able to walk down to the trail on the bluff.   Lovely location and views, there were a few issues the kettle was old should be replaced the coffee maker did not work. The BBQ did not work and one of the tanks leaked propane when gas was turned on. I disconntected the tank that leaked due to safety concerns . I also felt that the floor in second BR ws very slippery and needs a better mat to prevent a fall, and the way that the toilet paper holder is arranged if you sit on the toilet it causes paper to be knocked off holder onto floor, could easily be adjusted to prevent this.

  We had a wonderful visit to Sea Ranch and enjoyed our stay at the Seale House. It was a perfect size home for two adults and one small child. The house has incredible views and access to trails. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the kitchen is well appointed with all the basics in place, although they could use some plastic containers for leftovers. Our only few complaints were that the bed was a bit soft, the stools at the countertop were too large for the space, that we could have benefitted from blackout shades in the bedroom, and not that we really wanted to watch much TV but we couldn't navigate the system at all and think getting a roku/apple tv/fire stick would be a benefit to the house. All in all, we real loved our time at Sea Ranch and at the house. We are already discussing a return next year.

  Thius was our second stay at Seale House although we have been coming to Sea Ranch for over 25 years! Seale House is perfect for us- sweeping views of the ocean, wildlife galore, peaceful and the only sounds you hear re the ocean and the birds. The location is perfect for walking the bluffs, beaches to the left and right. Perfectly dog friendly- except one small note- the dog lead near the front door needs to be replaced.

  Fabulous time in this house - it is a bit small but really cozy for 2 couples. Nice that the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house. The kitchen was well stocked however the pots and pans are not in the best shape. Incredible views of the ocean and lots of critters. Watch out for the racoons - keep your car windows closed tight - racoons got into our car but there was little damage thank goodness.

  The house was very clean and comfortable. Nice not to have to bring sheets and towels! Don’t plan on cooking very much as the kitchen has the minimum in lighting and some of the pans are not anything that should be used. Coffee filters were provided, along with salt and pepper. Gas grill was great!
  Seating in living room was ok. Very small and cozy for 2 people. Great views from this house!
  The one issue we had was the hot tub - the cover has to be completely removed and set somewhere manually. There is no lift assist and we thought it was a hassle..
  Beach rentals provided great support and will send out a repair person quickly should the need arise.
  Overall we liked this house but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

  wow! Our 10th annual visit to sea ranch and the seale house! A comfortable home, well-appointed and spotlessly clean -- of particular note given its welcome to pets. The Beach Rentals staff is responsive and helpful. After many visits to Two Fish Bakery, we ordered a pizza for the first time and *****. Drive over the mountains to Boonville Pennyroyal Farms and meet the "girls" -- a lovely herd of goats who are topline cheese professionals. As ever Noma Gallery and other arts venues are a delight. PLUS it rained one day -- probably sounds bad to you but to AZ guests it was pure bonus. See you in 2023!

  We've stayed a The Sea Ranch a number of times in different houses, and this was one of the best! Very clean, nice, cozy house with a great view and wonderful, comfortable amenities.
  
  The only note I'll give prospective guests is on the outdoor grill. It's a very nice gas Weber, the same model we have at home. But it simply can't function properly when it's windy out (we sometimes have this issue at home too because of how the house is situated). And this is the coast - the wind is prevalent even into Summer once the sun gets low. So if you're bringing something to grill, have a backup plan for using the very nice oven instead, just in case the weather isn't cooperative. It worked great for our king salmon once it was clear the grill couldn't get up to temp.

  Had a lovely time staying at the Seale house for a full week. There were only 2 of us (+ a 15 pound dog) and this house was the perfect size and location. There are no neighbors on one side and the cliff is just a short walk away. The house has everything you need including a great hot tub and propane BBQ and wood burning fireplace. I appreciated the leash hooks for the dog in the front and back. Very peaceful and great night sky. I think Seale House would be too small for four adults, but okay for 2 adults and one or two kids. It's a very short drive to shopping in Gualala and the main pool is walkable from Seale.

  We have rented several places in Sea Ranch over the last couple of years. It’s been a pleasure to do business with Sea Ranch Beach rentals and this house was particularly enjoyable. It was a “feel good” location with a private feel due to its ocean front location and open meadow. It was very clean, well appointed in the kitchen and reasonably updated and well maintained for an older property The furniture and furnishings were attractive and cohesive in style as opposed to some rentals where it’s a mish mash of hand me down pieces. The only piece of furniture that showed wear was one end of the sofa that had slight stain from either a wet pet or someone sitting in a wet bathing suit..., which was listed a “please do not” on the house rules if people took time to read or think. The wood floors were perfect with a dog and absence of carpeting was more hygienic for a vacation rental. The wood burning stove/FP worked well.
  Pegs on the front porch and on the entry wall to hang jackets and leashes especially after a rainy walk, would be very useful in the absence of an entry closet. The hose by the front door was perfect to rinse and dry off dog feet after a walk. The house floor plan was perfect for my husband, myself and our medium size Siberian husky and would have been comfortable with another couple who were compatible in routines, given there are 2 bedrooms, but cozier living area than some 2 bedroom houses. The house felt like someone’s “home” rather than just a “rental” and we appreciated the difference and would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

  This is our fourth time staying in Seale. We love the house, its comfortable furnishing and warm atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped, new stove fantastic, but the dishwasher was out of commission, still this was not a big issue for us. Watch out for the ticks along the path leading to the sea. Wear light clothing when coming to Sea Ranch. Point Arena Bird café is a jewel, not much to look at but the food is of a high class restaurant.

  Seale House is accurately described. The view straight to the ocean without any structures in front is marvelous. We saw deer early in the morning and whales spouting. Right at the end of the path to cliffside is a group of seals. The cliffside walk was suitable for grandparents, parents, and kids. The house is well-equipped, super clean, and nicely furnished. No clutter! Our only complaint was the wood for the fireplace was not well seasoned, so it sputtered. Walk-on Beach was nearby where we had a picnic lunch and walked along the sand and up to a path. The outdoor swimming pool was gorgeous and not crowded. We also recommend going to Whale Watch Point. Beach Rentals provided excellent customer service: responsive and cordial. We look forward to coming back next year!

  It is an ideal location for taking walks, whale watching, and very close to town. It is beautifully decorated and the beds are super comfortable.
  All the amenities of home, with super fast internet and easy to use TV.
  Things you might need to bring with you: large coffee cups, a small carving knife, ziplock baggies and paper napkins, or, pick them up in town.
  The ice maker isn't working, but there are trays available.

  This home is very simple. There is absolutely no clutter which makes it easy to settle in and feel at home as there is little decorative personality left about by the owner. The house is ideally located in the meadow with easy access to the paths and is in the northern section of Sea Ranch so there is easy access by car to Gualala. This house Is dog-friendly and, as such, the rental agency provided a sheet to cover the sofa (if you were so inclined as well as a towel to clean the dog's feet after walks. Both were very much appreciated. As is often the case, there was little in the way of spices, plastic wrap, a simple steamer insert for a saucepan etc and the matress in the larger bedroom could use upgrading but the simplicity, view and hot tub were glorious

  This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Seale House and we love it! It is so relaxing, close to the trails, the water and the town of Gualala. The house is comfortable, though a little small for more than two, well-maintained and we have recommended it to several friends. We'll be back!

  This home was perfect for the 4 of us. (2 couples). It was very clean! The kitchen had everything we needed for the week to cook breakfast and dinner. The beds were comfy. The views were awesome. Such a nice trail along the cliffs and beaches. Deer visited our yard every morning. And a great blue heron! We would stay here again for sure!!
