Unit 36A Lot 7; TOT ID# 1623. This spacious ocean front home features three bedrooms, a loft and three baths. With spectacular ocean views relax in the hot tub, on the deck, or simply sit and enjoy the views. The primary suite includes a soaking tub with jets, sauna to decompress, and a private fireplace. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, 1 with the queen bed and the other has 1 set of twin bunk beds with a twin trundle underneath as well as a double size futon. There is also a 55" smart TV in this bunk room. There is a Baby Grand piano in the living room and stereo with speakers throughout the house. Also, for your entertainment, there is a 58" flat screen Smart TV in the entertainment loft up a flight of stairs and another Smart TV (28") in the Master Bedroom also on the 2nd floor. It is just a short walk to the Ohlson Recreation Center where you will find a large pool and tennis courts. 1 Dog Welcome, enclosed front entry way. Bed linens and towels are included with this rental.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.

  Master bedroom very large and bed comfy. Queen bed downstairs with great views. Other bedroom definitely more kid or singles. With twin bunks, trundle and futon. Loft bed instructions needed for blow up mattress that goes with fold out couch.
  We had a small family celebration here and it was just perfect!

  We were so lucky to be able to return to the spot of our wedding ten years before. The location and the lay out of the house continue to just be breathtaking. This is my 3rd time in 30 years visiting this same location. My only concern is that many aspects (kitchen cabinets, couches, etc have not been updated in that time). Even so the house is still a dynamic place to stay.
  
  House could have definitely have been cleaner and stocked with supplies for guests (ex. laundry detergent, etc) Spider webs needs to be wiped off windows and many areas outside needed to be swept down.

  We spent a week at this lovely home. Four adults, one five year old, one dog and three generations. Lovely view of the ocean from both floors (spectacular from upstairs). Upstairs is a nice suite with a desk for work and great bathroom. Also a TV room loft, but the bedroom area is very private. Downstairs has two bedrooms that share a bathroom but it's spacious and worked well. Great big living room with lots of space and open to the large kitchen. Well stocked with pots and pans; bring your own spices and cooking ingredients. Hot tub is great--located perfectly.Nice enclosed area outside the front door that offers security and privacy. Steps to the ocean trail! Sea Ranch Rentals was great to work with. Even though we were careful in packing up, I left a small blanket on the bed--they found it and returned it to me! A great week!

  Perfect location! Beach Rentals was great to work with so it was a wonderful week. Wild Iris is a very comfortable house with everything you may need but it needs a serious cleaning. After we cleaned the house was brighter and we enjoyed every minute at Wild Iris. The master bedroom is so comfortable. The house is perfect for a larger family or two couples with kids. The hot tub was very nice, outdoor grill was used nightly, one night was cold and we loved having a fire in the fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped It looks like a house will be built on the north side so construction might be an issue at some point. We will definitely be back because we loved the location & the house has everything one needs for a week or two visit.

  Overall this is a gorgeous home, large and spacious, great location. Beach Rentals has always provided great support for our stays at The Se Ranch. For this type of higher end luxury home, the kitchen amenities are disappointing. Wine opener bent, very few wine glasses, tons of other glassware, mismatched place sets and silverware. Great place but will look for something better when we return, or bring some items of our own to match our surroundings.

  My family which consists of six adults, one newborn infant and three puppies stayed for five nights at 61 wild Iris in Sea Ranch. it was a magical week of laughter, roaring fire in the fireplace, and short walks to the beach. We never left the house. We gave the master bedroom to our daughter and son-in-law with their newborn infant and new puppy. It was on the second level. It took up the entire floor. It consisted of comfortable cushiony chairs that rocked where my daughter breast-fed the baby, a large bedroom that flowed into a newly remodeled bathroom. There was a shower Big enough for four people, a sauna and a Jacuzzi tub.. Off the master bedroom suite has a theory comfortable TV room. On the other side was a newly remodeled bathroom. The downstairs had a lovely seating area around the fireplace seconds to set up three couches in a U-shaped. The long window seat was a perfect viewing place at the Meadows leading to the beach. The kitchen with his island was a place for us to jointly cook meals. Outside there was a hot tub and fenced in area for the dogs. It is centrally located to the rec center and our favorite beach. We never left to go explore anywhere else. Our evenings were spent around the fire playing board games and charades. It was such a magical, relaxing and fantastic week. We plan to come back every year.

  We had 6 in our party from 7 yrs old to 80 yrs old, everyone enjoyed themselves! From comfortable sheets and towels to games and puzzles for everyone. Even had the adapter to set up your phone to the speaker system. (With directions!) We brought food knowing we would need to stop by a grocery store on our way up. There is a great one next door to beach rentals where you pick up your key. (Although, you pay a good price for convenience.)
  Oh, that view.... to look out and see a stunning sunset every night. We loved that no houses were in our view, this house is right on the pacific. Loved the trails and our girls enjoyed the pool which was a short walk.

We aim for a bluff house with piano within walking distance of the pool (Ohlson by the big white barn) Iris has it all plus a great layout to accommodate a growing family with grandchildren and a dog. With the recent sale, Though some of the whimsical art is gone, much remains plus nice new major appliances. We hear other upgrades are in the works, but not much needs to be changed...Iris has great bones and is a winner!

  Wild Iris is in a perfect beachfront location, and has tons of room for spreading out, including a large bank of window seats. The grand piano was a big hit. The kitchen is well furnished for making meals. The only negative is the dated furnishings -- could use an upgrade all around.

The master has elevared fireplace and two rocker gliders in a window alcove. This is on the 2nd level with spectacular views, our favorite place to read, talk or play cards.

  Everything was top-of-the-line here, from the grand piano to MANY little items in kitchen drawers/cupboards that I've never seen in another rental. There was a funky light switch by the windows in the master bedroom (once on, it was hard to turn off!), but that was the only, very minor negative. We chose this for my husband's 60th birthday celebration - a hit!

  We rented Iris house for a week. My wife and I along with our two children and their significant others, enjoyed our time enormously. The location is fantastic - right on the water, allowing unfettered walking North to Shell and Walk on Beach and South to Rec Center and Seal Marine Reserve. The hot tub at night under the stars was a hit as well. The well laid out living room and kitchen allowed all of us to hang out and just watch the ocean and sunset.

  Great location, huge house, great floor plan, windows to enjoy all the views, several outside patio's to enjoy. Awesome master shower and huge kitchen - house shows it is well loved and used. If you are a cook, might want to bring those key items that you want clean, sharp, etc.
  Only concern was the storage of poison's and cleaning products in food pantry with food items nearby, should be in the garage away from food areas.
  Great whale & bird watching, all and all great experience, will rent again. One of our favorite houses in SR.

  Situated on the bluff we could hear the surf pounding from the patio and watch the waves crash and spray skyward.Sunsets are amazing as are the dozens of original art displayed throughout the home.You won't be disappointed

  This vacation was to spend time with our adult children and their fiances. The layout of the home worked great for six adults and a dog. There is plenty of room to be together and to do your own thing. The views are magnificent, even on a fogged in day. You are walking distance from the Olsen Rec Center. There are great spots to fish off the rocks. Walking on the bluffs is just out your back door.
  The people at Beach rentals are friendly and attentive. The house was ready for us when we arrived. The house needs a few small updates and maintenance issues but it will not detract from your stay. The hot tub was not heating up properly when we arrived. The service men were called and there the next day. They fixed it. A very quick turn around.
  Overall, we would rent this home again.

  We've been visiting The Ranch for the past 25+ years, and never have we seen so many whales migrating north, breathtaking! The house location is ideal, allowing great ocean views South and strait out West. We'd rented the home maybe 18 years ago, and it was one of our favorites then. It now shows its age...gracefully, but is ready for some attention and updates over the many years of continual use.

  Exciting weekend with rain, wind and high waves. Although we had very little sunshine, we were able to experience Mother Nature in a unique way for an extended holiday weekend. Quite a special experience to watch the waves roll and crash in along the cliffs next to the Iris. The Iris has unique artwork, plenty of natural light, and great views from all rooms. An ideal place to get away and relax. Plus special welcome treats for your pets were provided. Our only suggestion would be to update the TV. Although we did not intend to spend the weekend watching TV, we did want to keep up with local weather reports and road conditions due to the stormy weather. The TV reception and quality of the picture could be improved.

  This house has it all, from the grand piano to the sauna in the master bathroom. It was perfectly outfitted with everything you could ever need, it had a wind protected hot tub, and views from every room. Our stay was magical. Beach Rentals was so easy to work with and they went out of their way to accommodate our needs and questions. We will be back. As former Sea Ranch owners who know their way around, this house is a primo destination. Only suggestion would be to add a docking station for connecting music to their fabulous speaker system. We didn't have CDs with us. We just listened to the ocean instead!

  61 Iris is a great place to watch waves during a storm. Didn't see an whales during the first week of February, but saw many seals sunning themselves during a walk on the oceanfront path.   The Iris House was more than we expected. The location was spectacular, wildlife, close to the sea and trails, no traffic or roads to impede the view. Absolutely wonderful.
