Unit 24 Lot 116. Welcome to ‘Going Coastal’, a bright, sun-filled home to take in the beautiful north coast ocean views and meadow wildlife such as fox, heron, deer, whales, birds of prey and more. Our 3-bedroom, 2 full bath home provides comfortable radiant floor heating and a stunning gas fireplace with a perfectly situated window seat for whale watching and sunsets. A 42” HD smart TV rises out of a secret compartment in window seat that can be watched while still taking in the scenery; or it can be hidden for unobstructed views. The cozy front patio is a delightful setting for a hot cup of coffee in the morning sun, the back deck has ocean views, a gas BBQ and plentiful outdoor seating.

Amenities for the kids and the kids at heart include games, puzzles, a ping pong table and a disc golf basket that can be set up in the ‘backyard’. There is a free disc golf course at Bower Park in Gualala.

The two-car garage is available and has a 220V NEMA 14-50 outlet and 120V 20amp garage outlets for your EV charger.

Close to bluff trail access and a short walk to Cormorant Cove, Shell Beach, One Eyed Jack’s playground and the Sea Ranch Chapel. Located midway between the Ohlson and Del Mar recreation centers that offer swimming pools, sundecks and saunas. The Ohlson Center also boasts basketball and tennis courts.

Two well behaved friendly dogs are welcome. Bed linens and towels are included with this rental. This home has 1 camera for security purposes located at the front door.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), with a 2 car garage available. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 6 (six) for this home.

    Property condition:

    a guest from Martinez, California does not recommend this vacation rental.

    Great location near a beach 5 minute walk.
    Be Aware lots of Ants! in kitchen and master bath.
    Until we realized there was an ant problem we lost some groceries that were still in bag on counter.
    House next door under construction. Construction is from 8:00am-5:00 pm everyday while we were there very loud we had to keep all windows closed.

      We are so pleased that you thought the location of Going Coast house was great! We apologize there were so many ants during your stay. The homeowner has ramped up ant bait control inside and outside the house. It can depend on the current weather but we hope this will keep the ants at bay moving forward.
