Moorings Unit 24... Lot 108. Everything that the Sea Ranch has to offer comes together in our ocean front home ‘Moorings’: cliff trails and accessible beaches are a few minutes’ walk away, ocean views, and solitude and quiet are everywhere, punctuated by the sound of crashing waves.
Bring your dog along to explore the trails with you; sip your morning espresso on the deck while enjoying passing deer, quails or whales, or hang out by the cozy wood stove at night – you can find it all here in the Moorings.

Modern but cozy, the 2 bedrooms (one cal king, one queen) and 2.5 bathrooms make for a perfect setting for a family or 2 couples, with an extra queen-sized and very comfortable sofa bed in the loft. Strong Wifi throughout the house makes for continuous connectivity, while a fully equipped desk allows you to do remote work in between beach time and trail hikes. EV-charging outlet located in garage, renters can bring thier own cable to charge.

Don’t forget to lounge in the hot tub at night – with nothing but the starry sky and the ever-present ocean as your company.

The beaches, the shops in Gualala, and swimming pools are all within a 5 minute walk or drive.
All bedding and towels (also for dogs) are included.


SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 parked in driveway. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 6 for this home.

  We enjoyed our stay! The home is very well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable with fresh linens. The kitchen has basically everything you could want and the dishes and glassware are perfect. Everything fits the style of the home so nicely. Great location with views of the ocean just past the meadow. Easy access to the coastal trail and a nice hot tub!

  Start with a welcome bottle of wine, walk out patio doors to an unobstructed meadow and blue water views, no other homes in sight. Big living room with sofas, chairs placed to focus on view of deer, kestrels, fox.
  Primary bedroom has great bed, two person shower. TV is in loft, (great to have it not dominate the home). Wood-burning fireplace was ready to light. Thanks for so many coffee maker options and a kettle too. Will stay again, as Wildmoor is our favorite area.
