Sea Pony Unit 4... Block 1... Lot 10. Tree house in the redwoods with modern Western style. This well-located hillside home has panoramic forest and filtered ocean views. The house offers 4 bedrooms (2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, and twin bunk beds), and 2 baths, as well as two separate living areas and a loft for the whole group to spread out.
Close to forest trails, and just minutes to the famous Sea Ranch Lodge, Black Point Beach and Moonraker Recreation Center, Sea Pony is a great base to explore the area.
Sea Pony was built in '67 in the classic Sea Ranch architectural style, with warm wood interiors, skylights, a wood-burning fireplace, and lots of natural light. Extensively remodeled in 2015 with all new furniture and interior design in 2022, the home offers many upgrades, including central heat, a new hot tub, Sea Ranch Connect high-speed internet, voice-activated google speakers, Smart TVs, and two workstations with monitors for remote work.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 3 (three), parked in driveway. No RV's

    We enjoyed the location, the trees! We didn’t like the stairs that led to the main floor. They are dangerous! The kitchen is small. No dish towels were provided, and only three garbage can liners were left for us. I had to buy paper towels and dish towels. Found pans that weren’t clean. There was hair left on the shower wall in the main floor bath. The beds were comfy. The wood burning fire was great.

    We absolutely loved our stay at Sea Pony. There was plenty of room for our party of eight to spread out and our hosts thought of every little thing we might have needed. The views were amazing and the home was gorgeous and spotless. The property manager was super responsive and answered all my questions. One word of caution regarding the steps to the lower level, as they are narrow and a bit steep. Overall, we would recommend highly and would return in a heartbeat.
