Solstice has a 240-volt power outlet with a NEMA 14-50 plug-in for electric car charging.

Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 3 (three), parked in driveway. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 6 for this home.

  This home is amazing! Its location offers beautiful views with easy access to trails. Kitchen is well appointed. Location offers beautiful views hot tub allows for privacy. Twin bed mattresses are very firm and uncomfortable but there are 2 folding mattresses that could potentially act as toppers. Solstice is one of the best Sea Ranch homes I have stayed at.

  Solstice remains our favorite Sea Ranch vacation spot. We love being at the gualala end of the ranch, can walk to the pool, make quick trips to the surf market or Trinks. The home is always clean and well stocked, each bedroom has a bathroom and we can bring our canine buddy. View is absolutely stunning. Wonderful communication with rental agency, with easy check in/out. See you next year!

  We spent a fantastic week over Christmas and New Year at Solstice and would like to stay here again in future!
  
  The property is close to the trail, but also enough back that people are not looking in your windows.
  
  The property is nicely laid out with a great & comfy communal area. The Kitchen is very well appointed with a great gas stove, and everything we needed to make some awesome meals.
  
  One thing to note is that all the beds are very firm, so if someone in your party likes a soft option, they may not be getting much sleep at this property!

  We’ve been vacationing in Sea Ranch for almost 40 years. This home, Solstice, is now our go to home. Well equipped, beautiful views walking distance to the Center with a swimming pool and close to beach access. The 2 twin beds have very firm mattress that are a bit uncomfortable but the other beds are very comfortable. The rental agency has always had friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the rentals.

  Such a great house. It was well maintained and had everything you could possibly need. Very well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the view from the house. Our 2 small french bulldogs loves the enclosed yard and their daily walks to the beach. Definitely would stay here again.

  We have stayed at Sea Ranch properties for over 25 years and we feel we found a lovey gem here at Solstice! The location is WONDERFUL! It's near the ocean, a little creek and trees which gives you all the magic of being in Sea Ranch. The house is well layed out with the rooms (two master rooms is a treat!) and rustic, modern charm and it is very well equipped in the kitchen and furniture options. We just loved being nestled in this has a great fenced in front yard which provides more peace and nice ambiance and it is well located for walks on the bluff in either direction and the clubhouse pool and tennis courts. Truly loved being here with the great comforts of this home and joy of the surrounding nature.

  Solstice is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL home! We have been coming to Sea Ranch for 30 years and this is definitely one of our most favorite homes. The only reason that I gave a 4 star on the general conditions was for the King size beds. I'm sure that these are lovely beds, however, the foam top made them uncomfortably hot. My husband and I moved to the little single beds like Ozie & Harriet. Would we come back again...absolutely!

  We were very pleased overall with the home. Everything was as pictured and the house was very clean and spacious. Location was also great. The only drawback for us was the fact that the hot tub was not working. However when we reported the problem we were met with an immediate response. Unfortunately it seems the pump was broken so it could not be repaired at the time of our stay. This was something the homeowner could probably not foresee so we would still rate this home as excellent.

  We have a new favorite on our Sea Ranch list! Love everything about this house: the location is perfect, just steps from the bluff trails, with an incredible view and the sound of the crashing waves. The house is lovely: nicely designed and well-equipped. Don't get me started on the kitchen-what a joy to cook in! We loved the fully enclosed garden-sheltered and sunny (and the dogs liked it too). Nothing better than soaking in the hot tub, gazing at the night sky. We'll be back soon.
  And of course, the staff at Beach Rentals is always a pleasure to work with.

  This home is one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed at. The layout is perfect, views are amazing and the enclosed yard off the front of the house is beautiful and well maintained. Beds are comfortable though the twins were on the firm side. Kitchen utensils and pots and pans are nice quality with lots of size options. Top end appliances. The couch is essentially 3 recliners with humps in between them which makes it a little uncomfortable if trying to seat more than 3 people on it but serves its purpose.

  This was our 4th stay in this house and it was lovely as always. Beautiful, comfortable house steps from the bluff trail, and Beach Rentals is always very nice to deal with. Two comments for improvement: first, the dryer seems not to be heating. It spins but does not heat, and yes, we selected a high heat cycle. Second, the big bedroom on the north side of the house would really benefit from a wifi repeater. The signal is great and strong elsewhere in the house but is almost nonexistent in that room. Otherwise, this is a wonderful house and we enjoyed it immensely!

  We love this house and have rented it many times, and hope to rent it in the future. However, this trip ( We stayed three weeks!), we felt that the house was in need of a good cleaning. It was basically clean, but there were many places that were really dusty (light over the table and floor lamps.) it just seemed to have been awhile since it had a deep clean. Also, one of the windows by the window seat needs to be replaced, the double pane on the window has been compromised and it is foggy all day long impairing the view.
  
  Like I said, the house is great but for the price, it needs a bit of attention.
