Beach Walk Unit 28 Lot 106. Beach Walk in The Sea Ranch is the perfect retreat to relax, rejuvenate and re-connect with the important things in life. Beautiful, serene vistas from both decks, an inviting spa, updated, well-appointed kitchen are all ready for you. Listen to the sound of the ocean, star gaze at night, and walk on some of the most beautiful ocean bluff trails you will ever see. Our home can accommodate six people with a king bed in the primary bedroom and queen beds in both the guest bedroom and loft. We are dog and kid friendly too! My wife and I have traveled all over the world, but Sea Ranch remains our favorite place to spend time just the two of us or with family and friends. If you have been here, then you already know. If not, come experience this very special place yourself.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles shall be 3 (three), parked in driveway. No RV's
Maximum occupancy is 6 for this home.

  Given no issues, this property would have been great but the showers are less then desirable and the master bed seemed like it didn’t fit the frame and the box spring was just under the frame. It would have been nice to know the ant problem ahead of the trip so we could have brought things from home to be prepared to address the issue during our stay. Otherwise, location was great. Kitchen was stocked and functional for great dinners spent with family.

We are so sorry you had to deal with these plus the ants which seem to come and go. The ants seen to be a consistent challenge throughout The Sea Ranch.   The Beachwalk House was a perfect place to relax and unwind for a few days. It is cozy and very clean. The ocean view, the hot tub and the proximity to the hiking trails are its best features. We never turned on the TV but instead watched beautiful sunsets and later a sky filled with stars.

  We’ve been coming to Sea Ranch for over 50years. We were a party of 4 adults, 1 infant and 1 dog. The main floor accommodations worked well for us, but if you need access to the 3rd bedroom the spiral staircase to the loft is very challenging. The kitchen and dining areas were well equipped for all our cooking needs. The deck is dog safe but there is no outdoor space for pets to do their business without being on leash. The very best aspect of this house is the relatively short walk to 2 of the best beaches at Sea Ranch, Walk on Beach and Shell Beach. Neither of these beaches require stair access.

  We always enjoy our stays in Sea Ranch. We like the lication of this home where we can easily walk to wonderful beaches and is so close to Gualala. The home is well maintained with wonderful new appliances although the furnishings are a little dated. We especially enjoy the hot tub and the ocean view from the deck.

  The location is wonderful and the house is neat and clean. Our only critical observation is that it would be great if there were bug screens on the large sliding doors so when the home gets hot in the afternoon we could open the sliding doors to cool down the residence.

  I had a great time staying at Beach Walk—really nice water view from the house & close to a couple of the Sea Ranch walking trails. I also liked being towards the north end of Sea Ranch since it made it super convenient to go into Gualala for food, etc. I had my dog with me and he loved it too.   Pluses: nice location, lovely walk to the beach, plenty of sun and great hot tub, lovely fireplace and cozy feeling in the living room at night. Good mattresses and bedding, good bathrooms too.
  Minuses: Dishwasher not working well and kitchen could have been a lot cleaner than it was. But it was well equipped to cook and dine in.

  We recently spent 6 nights at the Beach walk residence. It was a great set up with alot of room for the 3 of us and a dog. The kitchen was well equipped and in working order. There is a nice view from the living room and deck of an open field and ocean in the background. It rained our entire stay but when it let up a bit there are many trails and coastal hikes nearby. If it was going to rain and we stayed indoors, it was a great place to stay. The beds were all comfortable, overall clean, but since it rained a lot we noticed both skylights would drip in the bathrooms.
  Sea Ranch beach rentals was great in responding to any questions that we had about the property.

  Our stay in this home was much needed and our first get away in the past year. No better place for the soul than Sea Ranch. The location was great - near trails and Walk on Beach and our friends home at Sea Ranch. Only had two small issues - after arriving and unpacking our food we had an invasion of ants on the kitchen counter. The master toilet had to be plunged a few times. Other than those small items, the stay was great and the home was very comfortable.

  Really comfortable and lovely home. Not fancy. Just right for our 3-person, 1-dog family. This house does not have absolute privacy—houses fairly close on either side—but with very few people around, it was no big deal. The hot tub was clean and luxurious; the WiFi was more than adequate; and the house has everything you need for a deeply relaxing time. Great, well-stocked kitchen. But note that the stove is electric, not gas, as advertised. We also found the rental agents really helpful and responsive. Of course all the wonderful walking trails are right there, too.
