  we have rented many homes in the 30 years we have been coming to sea ranch and this home was our favorite. it had everything, great ocean views, high tech appliances but still user friendly. the views are even better than some ocean front houses, nice enclosed yard for our young dog, although the deck was too open for her to be left alone but we had a marvelous time and will return.

  The view from Waveside was fantastic. Even hanging out in the living room we were able to enjoy our surroundings. The kitchen was well equipped and organized, and many of the rooms seemed like they had new and modern furnishings. The house was not designed with elderly in mind: stairs and low bed but manageable. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would book again.

  This place exceeded all of our expectations. The photos do not do any justice to the view! I loved sitting on the small deck off the living room, drinking some wine, and watching the waves break. The home had everything we could possibly want for a family getaway. The only thing to keep in mind is that the bathroom off of the main bedroom has no door, so if you're looking for privacy from your bedmate, you won't get any :). Other than that, the place was perfect. I cannot wait to come back again!

  My husband and I had a wonderful 15 day stay. Our first break since the pandemic and it was a quiet, restful home to relax in and have a beautiful change of scenery. The house is great. We had hoped that the extra large master bath tub would make up for the lack of an outdoor hot tub but the capacity of the hot water heather is not quite enough for a full soaking. The only other suggestion is to include a little better evening lighting options for reading. We get that it's purposefully subdued lighting but the only way to read at night is in bed, and even that is not great lighting. We did have a lovely time and enjoyed cooking with the beautiful sunset views. We definitely hope to come back.
