Redwood Breakers Unit 27, Lot 009 TOT ID#: 893N...Located on a private end of cul-de-sac lot, framed by the beautiful hillside meadow and coastal forest. Redwood Breakers offers sweeping, private ocean views.

The home includes two separate bedroom suites, each with their own private bathroom. Both bedroom suites offer king sized beds and large window seats. Bed linens and towels are included with this home. The primary bedroom features unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, while the guest bedroom overlooks the adjacent redwoods. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with large showers, floor heating and towel warmers for your comfort. The spacious living area has commanding views of the ocean, is well-lighted and tastefully appointed.

The home includes a remote-start gas fireplace, a 55" flat screen TV, a Blu-Ray/DVD Player and a 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround Sound system with built-in speakers. The gourmet kitchen has state-of-the-art GE appliances, a large central island, and enjoys beautiful ocean views.
A private study is conveniently located off the main living area which features a large built-in desk and dual frosted glass French doors.
The mud room has its own outdoor entry and features a full-size washer and dryer and a wine cooler.

Exclusive outdoor living areas include a panoramic ocean view deck with a dining area, and an enclosed, beautifully manicured private Japanese front-entry garden with a patio area, hot tub, fountain and outdoor shower.

Home amenities include free high-speed Internet, free domestic long distance phone service and Apple TV for streaming services. Families with children and pets are welcome. The house is steps nearby hiking trails. Beaches are on the west side of the Highway, a short drive down the hill. Only ONE dog allowed please. The garage is not available for renter use.

  Redwood Breakers is a lovely home. Love the wood, high ceilings, openness and light, relatively up-to-update restrooms, kitchen, furnishings—towel warmers are nice too! Two master suites, one ocean view, one forest view, make it perfect for two couples (though ocean view room and bathroom are definitely nicer). Very well equipped kitchen for real cooking or baking should you want to do so and multiple options for making coffee. Hot tub is small, but OK for two. Enclosed courtyard is lovely, if a little overgrown—I would be afraid to use the firepit but we really wouldn’t have anyway. Dog-friendly is important to us, and having the courtyard meant we could leave the front door open for air and not worry about dogs escaping (we did not allow them to potty in the courtyard, but there is a wide sweeping meadow in front of the house). A hiking trail with access to hiking up the hill through the redwoods is on the same cul-de-sac, just a couple of doors away.
  
  Oceanfront is still our favorite, but in our 40+ years of renting at Sea Ranch, this is the nicest house we have rented on the east side of Highway One. Beautiful, expansive bluewater view lined by redwoods makes it work. A large deck, well-furnished, makes for nice outdoor dining or just relaxing to enjoy the view. This was our second time staying at Redwood Breakers. It was more expensive than other Oceanside homes we could have rented, but we decided the extra expense was worth it to return here. If you were ambitious, you could walk to the Bluff Trail from here for walks along the ocean, but we used our visitors pass to drive and park with easy access instead.

  Wonderful week celebrating our anniversary. Home is one of the nicest we have stayed at in many years of vacationing at the Sea Ranch. The only negative for us was a pet odor that we found to be somewhat unpleasant, centered around one of the couches. The weather was mild, so airing out the home took care of the issue. Otherwise, it was perfect!

  It was our first time renting this property in Sea Ranch. The views from the property were spectacular and the amenities in the home were top notch. Nice towel warmers in the bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. We like to cook and it was easy to do so in this home. The house also had wifi and a great entertainment set up although we did not watch any tv while there. We had many clear nights and spent time outdoors star gazing which was terrific.   This is the second time we have stayed at Redwood Breakers; it's really a great house. The view is beyond amazing, and the walk to the bluff trails is ~10-15 lovely minutes. The house is beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped. The enclosed courtyard is perfect for a dog, and the neighborhood is very peaceful.
  We had a minor repair needed, and Beach Rentals went above and beyond to provide a speedy repair.Beach is The Best!

  My family went up for my husband’s birthday. The house was so beautiful, very well equipped with everything you could ever need. The location and view were amazing, and it was way more spectacular than what we had envisioned. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because there were
  tiny animal droppings on the duvet in the guest room, which was a bit disturbing. There was some dog hair on the sheets in that room as well, which didn’t bother us as much, since we have a dog ourselves. We stripped the bed of the duvet that first night, and housekeeping came by the next morning and gave us a fresh one. I also found the same tiny droppings in the pantry on the day we were leaving. I informed the lady at the rental office when I returned the key, and hopefully that issue has been addressed.
  I don’t want to dissuade anybody from going here, as it really is a beautiful house, but think I owe an explanation of the 4 star rating. We would definitely go back again.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Redwood Breakers. Initially it was disappointing that no oceanfront home was available, but any visit to Sea Ranch is great and we were encouraged to try it by the good reviews.
  
  A wonderful week! The house is beautiful with everything done right. Fabulous expansive view of open water and white water breakers with a wide meadow in front of the house, bordered by a redwood and fir forest. Quality furnishings and the best equipped kitchen we have had in renting homes at Sea Ranch for over 40 years. The two master bedrooms, one ensuite, are both beautifully done and perfect for two couples. Everything is very comfortable. Dogs are permitted and the courtyard is enclosed, but we brought portable dog fences for the front deck (advise).
  The hillside location gave us great birdwatching, including wild turkeys in the front meadow every morning and hummingbirds at the citrus tree in the lush beautifully serene courtyard. Bring your binoculars. We did a great hike in the forest, with the trailhead just a couple of doors down from the house. The bluff trail is easily accessed by a short drive.
  This home is on the expensive side for Sea Ranch rentals, especially for a home that only sleeps four. But it is perfect for one or two couples and dogs love Sea Ranch. There were a few cobwebs and the gas fire was disappointing (can it be turned up?), but nothing really to complain about. We would definitely rent again.

  Redwood Breakers is a beautifully appointed house with everything that makes a week long stay comfortable. The view from the house is beautiful and leaves one no need to leave the property. Luckily the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need and two good grocery stores are just 10 minutes away. Despite on line reviews, there are no restaurants that are in any way worth leaving the house for with the exception of Sweetlife Bakery which is only open for lunch. St Orris is ok to get out for a nice drink and fair food. The house and hiking are the best and make the trip worth it.

  I came out for a long weekend with my sisters, and had an amazing time! The house has great amenities - we had originally planned on going out to eat, but ended up buying groceries instead. The kitchen has every dish and gadget needed...better than my kitchen at home!
  
  The rooms are very comfortable, and the bathrooms even have towel warmers (my personal favorite!) Because of the weather, we didn't get a chance to use the fire pit or hot tub. Overall, the house is very comfortable and has Netflix, etc to keep you entertained. We were also very impressed by the book collection!
  
  It's a short walk down the hill to the beach - a great hike through the hedgerows and out to the ocean. All in all, a very relaxing getaway, and will definitely return in the future.
