The flagstone patio has both a 6-seat hot tub and a 5 burner stainless steel, propane grill. Plenty of deck for sunset viewing and sunning. The LR has a terrific window seat overlooking the ocean, with wall mounted reading lamps on each side.

Primary Bedroom has a king size bed and cozy gas fireplace. En suite bath has large walk-in shower with skylight. Second bedroom overlooks private garden and ocean. Third bedroom has queen bed and a wall mounted smart TV. Free Sea Ranch connect Wifi provided. Level 2 Electric Car Charger to accommodate all car types; No Garage.

The lot abuts the trail to Pebble Beach, just a 6 minute stroll away and the adjacent area has a high walk-ability factor.
The Sea Ranch Lodge is a 30 minute walk south along the bluff and the sea mammal viewing area ( baby seals!) is a 20 min walk north. An easy property to settle into and enjoy.

  I have enjoyed staying at Sea Pebble many times over the years. I am very disappointed that the owner have limited the television choices to Netflix, YouTube and a few other apps. I agree most folks do not go to beautiful Sea Ranch to watch television; however, my 86 year old mother was with me and she enjoys watching her favorite shows. I would be most disappointed to be there on Super Bowl and have to watch it on my laptop instead of a large screen television.

  We had a wonderful stay at Sea Pebble!
  Although it was closer to the highway than I thought it would be, it was still very, very quiet even on the weekend. It was isolated from any through street which made it more challenging to take a bike ride but also made it all the more private and quiet!
  The kitchen was very well equipped as far as pots and pans, appliances, dishwasher, etc.
  For future renters, you'll need to bring your own meal ingredients (spices, oils...) but that's it!
  The directions for the TV were printed out clearly.
  The only room that didn't have an ocean view was the back bedroom and the bathrooms.
  We all enjoyed relaxing on the deck overlooking ,not just the meadow and ocean but a beautiful flower garden on the property! My 2 year old granddaughter especially loved it!
  It was a perfect place for our family(my husband and I,my son, second son, his wife and their 2 children,ages 2 and 5 months. Plenty of space for everyone!
  It was lovely and we plan on staying there next year!
  Both supermarkets in Gualala have anything you need. Trink's is great, check out the Four-eyed Frog bookstore and the Sea Trader at the edge of the town.

  We had the most magical stay in this home. We were walking distance from several different beaches which were super fun to explore. We were able to bike in the area as well -- highly recommended!   Sea Pebble is a really beautiful house and in a fantastic part of sea ranch. The house is well stocked and comfortable. Two issues are the fact that the house is right alongside of the public access parking and path to pebble beach, so privacy is really compromised. The other privacy issue is that there are NO shades or blinds along the bank of windows facing meadow and ocean. I've never rented a house that didn't have blinds. So, it's an awesome house but people should really know these two things about expensive rental.

    Thank you for your comments regarding the privacy at Sea Pebble. Many of the trees in that location were dying last year with a disease attaching the trees, therefore The Sea Ranch removed these trees. New plantings have been done but will take a while for them to grow up for better privacy. The homeowner is very aware of the lack of blinds at this time in the living room area of the house.   My second time here because I love the location and being able to take a wonderful walk each morning to the Lodge to get the paper--great exercise and every morning provides a new experience of the ocean, the sunrise, the animals, the air, etc.!!! And I spent so many hours on the great deck looking out over the beautiful garden, with hummingbird, bees, birds, butterflies looking over the meadow and to the ocean!!!!! My biggest recommendation is to please add blinds to the front windows for the afternoon late sun is so uncomfortable. And the one disappointment was how dirty all the windows were, especially the ones to view the sunset later in the day? That should be looked at, especially for those for stay for longer times (as I did for 3 weeks)

I so loved sitting on the deck looking at the English garden filled with hummingbirds and Monarch butterflies and the constant sound of birds--and that special spot looked out on the meadow and ocean. I also was grateful for my daily walk to the Lodge to get the paper--that ocean walk was unique and beautiful every morning!   The house, the views, the trails, the ocean - everything was just perfect and beautiful. The only suggestion I would make is that this house is located right next to a trail that is open to the public. We did not have as much privacy as we thought, although it didn't really matter that much. But - I would have worn my bathing suit in the hot tub the first day if I had known that we were within eyesight from two trails. Other than that, it was perfect and we would stay there again. It is a beautiful house, well taken care of, stocked completely and we never wanted to leave.

  The house was comfortable, well located, quiet and relaxing. Minutes walk to Pebble Beach, 25 minute walk to one of two marine mammal preserves, 20 minute walk to one of the two rec/pool centers, and 30 minute walk to The Sea Ranch Lodge. The hot tub was clean and had a fabulous view of the meadow with the ocean in the distance. The garden was charming and the beds were comfortable.

  Perfect place for couples or small families. While blue water view from living room beach access is a quick 10-15 minute hike. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room is cozy, but please note, the fenced back yard is good for keeping in large dogs but small dogs could find a few escape routes. We kept our chew-weenies on leash while walking them. Something to consider, otherwise the perfect get-a-way.

  Sea Ranch has been our vacation destination for over 10 years. We have stayed in many houses throughout Sea Ranch. Sea Pebble is, by far,a well stocked house and super clean with good location.Beach REntal is a top notch with customer service,even offered a small bone and a blanket for my dog upon arrival! Wish we could stay longer..until next time.
